Fitting Room News: Diesel brings Facebook to the Fitting Room
Facebook being the second most visited website in the world (the first is still Google), businesses are fast leveraging its power.
Diesel Spain has introduced Diesel Cam, an interactive technology for brick-and-mortar stores. It allows shoppers to photograph themselves in the clothes being tried, and post the photos to their Facebook profile. For the shopper, it's an opportunity to ask their friends for purchase advice. For the retailer, it is a powerful viral marketing opportunity - that uses thousands of customers to spread the word.
