Online shoppers go elsewhere if basic information is missing, report says
This story came to our attention earlier this week: a survey suggests 42% of UK shoppers will turn to a competitor if basic information is not readily available on a retailer’s site. The survey itself didn’t specify ‘size and fit information’ to respondents (we checked!) but we can’t help thinking that this describes a likely course of action for the 56% of online clothes shoppers that, above all else, want to see simple and clear sizing information when buying clothes online… retailers, beware!
A nice 'celebrity endorsement'
Fits.me enjoyed a nice 'celebrity endorsement' last week. We’re live at TamarCollection.com, which is the brand new fashion ecommerce site of American singer, songwriter, model and reality television personality Tamar Braxton. And, in the news release, the virtual fitting room gets a detailed mention, which has been picked up by quite a few websites and other media titles.
